The Research Institute is committed to the educational practice of Tao Xingzhi's educational thought, and successfully practiced "Enzyme Work: The research was recognized by the China Association for Science and Technology as the "Fengming sample" of science and education integration in preschool education, became the first batch of science and education integration pilot schools in Jiaxing City, and won the second prize in the 2021 Zhejiang Education Science Research Outstanding Achievement Award. "Research on New forms of Kindergarten enzyme work from the perspective of Life Education" won the first prize of Excellent project achievements of Jiaxing Ceramics Research Conclusion Project in 2022. Based on the concept of green environmental protection, the kindergarten adheres to the two aspects of "labor education" and "fermentation education". In the infiltrating teaching with enzymes as the carrier, through various forms of "fermentation" education activities such as garbage classification, enzyme production, and product exchange, the children have become the spokesperson of civilization and environmental protection and the little master of garbage classification.
