构建人海和谐海洋文明：基于中华哲学理念的主张

摘要：新世纪以来，围绕海洋利益的国际博弈不断加剧，凸显出中西方在海洋利用与人类永续发展价值观及路径上的根本对立，也警示着文明转型的迫切性。本文聚焦当前海洋利益争夺日益激烈的现实，深入剖析中西方在海洋资源开发与可持续发展理念上的差异，提出应以中华“天人合一”哲学理念为核心，推动构建人海和谐的世界海洋文明新秩序。

Title: Building a Harmonious Marine Civilization Between Humans and the Ocean: Exploration and Proposals Based on Chinese Philosophical Concepts

Abstract: In the new century, the game surrounding maritime interests has intensified, highlighting the opposition between China and the West in terms of values and approaches regarding marine utilization and the sustainable development of humanity. This paper argues that to fundamentally resolve this contradiction and eliminate the old destructive maritime utilitarian pattern dominated by the West, we must start by promoting the Chinese philosophical concept of "unity of man and nature." With culture taking the lead and guiding through cultural strength, we can help build a new world maritime civilization order characterized by harmony between humans and the ocean.
