习近平总书记新时代海洋教育重要论述研究

摘要：习近平总书记关于海洋教育的重要论述，内涵丰富、思想深邃，是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分，是习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述的有机组成部分，开拓了马克思主义教育思想的新境界，具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。习近平总书记的海洋教育重要论述，经历了一个从地方实践探索到国家战略完善的渐进式发展过程，深刻体现了理论与实践相结合、战略与战术相统一的逻辑，为新时代海洋教育事业发展提供了根本遵循。其基本内涵包括：倡导海洋命运共同体理念，夯实人类命运共同体意识的教育基础；实现海洋强国的中国梦目标，归根到底靠海洋人才、靠海洋教育；培养海洋科技开发人才，助力人才强国战略建设；实施全民海洋意识教育，办好人民满意海洋教育；弘扬优秀海洋文化精神，推进文化强国战略发展。在此论述的引导下，中国以海洋命运共同体理念引领国际合作，强化国民海洋意识教育，大力发展海洋高等教育，夯实基础教育海洋课堂，推动海洋教育与经济社会发展深度融合。

Title: An Analysis of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Discourses on Marine Education in the New Era
Abstract: Xi Jinping's important expositions on marine education are rich in connotation and profound in thought. They are an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as well as an organic component of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on education. They have opened up new horizons for Marxist educational thought and have important theoretical value and practical significance. His important expositions on marine education have gone through a progressive development process from local practical exploration to national strategic improvement, deeply reflecting the logic of the combination of theory and practice and the unity of strategy and tactics, providing a fundamental basis for the development of marine education in the new era. Its basic connotations include: advocating the concept of a maritime community with a shared future and consolidating the educational foundation for the awareness of a community with a shared future for mankind; achieving the goal of the Chinese Dream of building a maritime power, which ultimately depends on maritime talents and marine education; cultivating marine science and technology development talents to assist in the construction of the talent strategy; implementing national marine awareness education and running marine education that satisfies the people; and carrying forward the spirit of excellent marine culture to advance the development of the cultural power strategy. Under the guidance of these expositions, China leads international cooperation with the concept of a maritime community with a shared future, strengthens national marine awareness education, vigorously develops marine higher education, consolidates the marine classroom in basic education, and promotes the deep integration of marine education with economic and social development.
