Title: Research on the Innovation Path of Marine Economy in the Service Area of Sea-Related Universities from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: Driven by both the maritime power strategy and regional economic transformation, maritime universities and colleges, as crucial vehicles for the integration of industry and education, play a key role in aligning talent supply with industrial demands and enhancing the synergy between educational resources and industrial innovation. However, these institutions currently face challenges in serving regional development, including inadequate mechanisms for the transformation of scientific research achievements, a need to improve the level of collaboration

within industrial chains, and a misalignment between the structure of talent supply and the dynamic demands of industries. Based on the practical explorations of institutions such as Dalian Ocean University and Ocean University of China in areas like technological breakthroughs, joint base establishment, and modern industrial colleges, measures such as constructing a dynamic discipline system oriented toward regional needs, improving classified evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and enhancing open cooperation and internationalization can enable maritime universities and colleges to serve the regional marine economy more precisely and efficiently, thereby achieving synergistic development between education and industry.

Key words: sea-related universities; integration of industry and education; regional marine economy; path optimization; maritime power
