摘 要
海洋观反映着人类对海洋的认识和理解，决定着国家对海洋的战略意图。受生产力和认知局限，古代海洋观以敬畏与有限探索为主；在列强海上侵略冲击下，近代海洋观逐渐觉醒转变；现代则积极融入海洋发展潮流，提出海洋强国战略。中国人民自古以来就具有对海洋的探索与开拓精神，彰显出中华民族热爱和平、敢于突破、勇于前行的品质。通过梳理古代、近代和现代不同时期的海洋观变化，可以揭示出中国海洋观从萌芽到成熟、从传统到现代的深刻变革,为当下海洋战略制定提供历史依据，助力我国在全球海洋治理与权益维护等实践中发挥积极作用。

Ocean-Riven Prosperity: The Historical Evolution of China’s Maritime Worldview

Abstract: The oceanic worldview reflects humanity’s understanding of the sea and determines a nation’s strategic intentions regarding maritime affairs. In ancient times, constrained by limited productivity and cognition, maritime perspectives primarily manifested as reverence and cautious exploration. The modern era witnessed a transformative awakening under the impact of maritime aggression by foreign powers, while contemporary China actively integrates into global maritime development trends by proposing a maritime power strategy. The Chinese people’s enduring spirit of maritime exploration and pioneering, spanning from antiquity to the present, embodies the national character of peaceful diplomacy, innovative breakthroughs, and courageous advancement. Although different historical periods emphasized varying aspects of maritime concepts, their shared fundamental characteristics remain remarkably distinct and crucially significant. By examining the evolution of China’s maritime perspectives across ancient, modern, and contemporary eras, we can reveal profound transformations from embryonic traditional concepts to mature modern frameworks. This historical analysis provides valuable references for current maritime strategy formulation, enhancing China’s proactive role in global maritime governance and rights safeguarding practices.
