摘要: 随着“海洋强国”战略的深入实施,海洋教育如何突破地理与认知的双重隔阂,从沿海走向内陆,已成为一项重要的教育命题。本文通过实践者行动研究,以贵州省道真中学为案例,探讨内陆学校依托“山海逻辑”开展海洋教育的创新路径。该路径的核心在于,对外构建协同资源网络以弥补区位短板,对内通过校本课程重构与“文化—实践”融合实现海洋教育的内生性扎根。学校以寻找本地海洋古生物化石回应质疑,以“三维一体”课程筑牢知识根基,以“浸润—探究—触碰”体系深化体验,形成了一套行之有效的操作框架。所提炼的实践模型,可为同类地区提供可迁移的路径参考与理论启示,对提升国民海洋素养、服务海洋强国建设具有现实意义。

Title: Navigating New Pathways for Inland Marine Education through Land-Sea Coordination: A Case Study of Daozhen Middle School, Guizhou Province
Abstract: As China’s strategy of building a “maritime power” is further implemented, how to transcend the dual barriers of geography and perception to extend marine education from coastal to inland regions has become an important educational issue. Through practitioner action research and taking Daozhen Middle School in Guizhou Province as a case study, this paper explores innovative pathways for inland schools to implement marine education by leveraging a “mountain-sea logic.” The core of this pathway lies in externally constructing collaborative resource networks to compensate for geographical disadvantages, while internally achieving the endogenous embedding of marine education through school-based curriculum reconstruction and the integration of culture and practice. The school responded to skepticism by searching for local marine fossils, consolidated students’ knowledge foundation through a “three-dimensional” curriculum, and deepened experiential learning via an “immersion-inquiry-engagement” system, thereby forming an effective operational framework. The practical model derived from this study offers transferable pathways and theoretical insights for similar regions, and holds practical significance for enhancing national marine literacy and contributing to the construction of a maritime power.
