从依附到自觉:中国海洋教育学自主知识体系的
生成逻辑与内在建构

摘要:当前,中国海洋教育学深陷西方理论规训、本土陆地中心主义等隐性羁绊及唯科学主义泥沼,面临结构性的知识依附困境。建构中国海洋教育学自主知识体系,亟需实现向理论自觉的历史性跨越,深潜至元理论层面重塑其生成逻辑:在认识论上确立海陆统筹的空间转向,在价值论上锚定海洋命运共同体的伦理澄明,在本体论上回归涉海人精神建构的育人本位。基于此哲学底座,自主知识体系的内在建构需遵循三大坐标展开:以重构兼具国家主权底线与海洋文化自信的特色核心素养为学术体系内核;以坚守教育本位、多科交叉熔铸划定学科体系边界;以本土涉海实践的国际化学术表达拓展话语体系。进而,依托跨学科有组织科研、国家核心课程的制度化刚性嵌入及全球多边治理平台的议程设置,全面打通知识再生产机制。这一范式重构不仅为培养向海图强的新时代公民提供学理支撑,更标志着中国海洋教育学派的稳步确立。

Title: From Dependency to Consciousness: The Generative Logic and Internal Construction of the Autonomous Knowledge System of Chinese Marine Pedagogy

Abstract: Currently, Chinese marine pedagogy is deeply mired in the structural dilemma of knowledge dependency, “constrained by Western theoretical discipline, the implicit fetters of indigenous “land-centrism,” and the quagmire of scientism. To construct an autonomous knowledge system of Chinese marine pedagogy, it is urgent to achieve a historical leap toward theoretical consciousness and delve into the meta-theoretical level to reshape its generative logic: establishing a spatial turn of “land-sea coordination” in epistemology, anchoring the ethical clarification of a “maritime community with a shared future” in axiology, and returning to the pedagogical ontology of the spiritual construction of “marine-engaged individuals.” Based on this philosophical foundation, the internal construction of the autonomous knowledge system must unfold along three coordinate systems: forging the core of the academic system by reconstructing marine core competencies with Chinese characteristics that integrate the baseline of national sovereignty and marine cultural confidence; demarcating the boundaries of the disciplinary system by adhering to the educational essence and interdisciplinary integration; and expanding the discourse system through the internationalized academic expression of local marine practices. Furthermore, by relying on interdisciplinary organized research, rigid institutional embedding into national core curricula, and agenda-setting in global multilateral governance platforms, the mechanisms for knowledge reproduction are comprehensively activated. This paradigm reconstruction not only provides academic support for cultivating new-era citizens striving for a strong maritime nation but also marks the establishment of the Chinese school of marine pedagogy.
