学校海洋教育的主体构成、层序特征与认知路径探究

摘要:海洋教育师资力量的培养与学习者的层序划分,以及二者与现行教育体制对应关系的认知,事关海洋教育实施成效。本文以学校教育体系为研究对象,系统探讨其主体与客体的构成、互动关系及实践路径,在主体层面聚焦教师、学生两大核心群体,分析了海洋教育师资队伍建设要求、学习者特征及其认知发展规律。文章旨在为系统性、分层次的学校海洋教育实践提供理论框架,推动海洋教育从知识传授向素养培育的转型,促进海洋意识与国家战略需求的深度融合。

Title: An Investigation into the Core Components, Hierarchical Characteristics, and Cognitive Pathways of School-Based Marine Education
Abstract: The cultivation of marine education teachers and the hierarchical division of learners, along with the corresponding stages of cognitive development, are of paramount importance. This paper takes the school education system as the research object, systematically exploring its subject and object composition, interactive relationships, and practical pathways. At the subject level, it focuses on teachers and students, the two core groups, analyzing the construction of the marine education teacher team, learner characteristics, and their cognitive development patterns. Therefore, the article aims to provide a theoretical framework for systematic, tiered school-based marine education practices, promoting the transformation of marine education from knowledge transmission to the cultivation of literacy, and fostering the deep integration of marine awareness with national strategic needs.
